We are in a small hamlet called Pouloueix near the village of Oradour Sur Vayres in the Haute Vienne. We will include a detailed map and directions with our confirmation of booking.
 
The area is very rural but it is only 45 minutes from the attractions of Limoges.
There are many activities available and in less than one hours drive you will find ancient villages, chateaux, excellent coarse and trout fishing, horse racing at Pompadour, lots of well marked rambling tracks, a selection of  gardens open to the public, childrens adventure activities, leisure lakes with beaches and boat hire, horse riding and even gold panning!

But what most people love about the Haute Vienne though is it's natural beauty, peace and tranquillity. So come and stay and take the time to unwind, discover where Richard the Lionheart died or visit the world famous porcelain workshops of Limoges.





Your hosts George and Diane will be happy to let you know whats going on locally in the area when you visit and to provide you with directions to the local attractions. So if it is for a holiday, to visit friends or relatives or for a spot of house hunting we look forward to welcoming you to our home.






Tariffs

The Room Rate is 35 Euros per room per night including a continental breakfast, if you prefer the "full English" then please let us know when booking. There is an 8 euro supplement per person for this breakfast.

We are happy to accept cheques drawn on a French bank account in Euros, cash in Euros or cheques in £'s sterling, we are unable to accept credit cards at this time or £'s in cash.

We are a non smoking household and there is a "No Smoking" policy in force in the house.
